Position Overview

The part time contract clinician position is a licensed clinician able to serve child, adolescent or adults.  This clinician is able to address mental health and addictions concerns.

General Responsibilities

  • Complete intake documentation sich as biopsychosocial, GAD, PHQ9, insurance documentation collection and any other required initial paperwork.
  • Conduct individual and/or group and family counseling sessions.
  • Collaborate with any other providers and family members.
  • Adhere to ethical principles and codes.
  • Maintain proper documentation standards completing all necessary clinical documentation within required timeframes. 

Qualifications

  • MA, PhD, or PsyD in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
  • Licensed Clinical Psychologist, Mental Health Counselor, Marriage, Family Therapist, or Independent Clinical Social Worker. Must have at least associate license in North Carolina.
  • Available to meet with a minimum of 10 clients weekly. 
  • Familiar with DSM-5-TR.
  • Strong commitment to serving ethnically and culturally diverse population.

Preferred:

  • Bilingual Spanish skills

Associate licensed professionals are responsible for obtaining and maintaining clinical supervision, including cost and schedule.
